Founder & Head Coach
DPT, CSCS & Female Athlete
I built Korri because I was that athlete, training hard, giving everything, but never having the right guidance to truly develop. Years later, as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I finally understood why.
Female athletes have always deserved more. More education, more intention, more of a system that was actually built for them. Korri is that system and it's everything I wish I'd had.
Bridging the Gap for Female Athletes
It wasn't just one athlete's experience. Working in rehab and performance, I kept meeting young female athletes who were working incredibly hard but without the foundation, the education, or the context to truly develop. The guidance they deserved just wasn't there.
Research specific to female athletes is still catching up and in the meantime, they deserve more than generic programming. Korri exists to bridge that gap, bringing the tools, education, and resources that female athletes have always needed but rarely had access to.
This is more than a training program. It's a development system built with care, grounded in science, and designed to grow right alongside every athlete who steps into it.
What We Stand For
Coaching & Training, Not Physical Therapy
Korri Athletics is a coaching and athletic development platform, not physical therapy or medical treatment. While the programs are designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), that clinical knowledge shapes how we think about movement, load, and the female body. Korri is delivered through a coaching and training lens. If your daughter is dealing with an injury or medical condition, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.
